Put yourself first

Sometimes we do so much for others and forget to take care of ourselves. This can cause stress and depression. I know I always put my husband and children and even sometimes my job before I do for myself. I have learned to make time for me and do what I want to do, so I can feel happy and free from the everyday chaos.

Therefore, make sure to put you first sometimes. This way there will be less regret on what you could’ve, should’ve and would’ve done.
